If you need to ship your instrument to us,
we recommend the following:
If it is a trumpet, it is often
best to use an extra large sturdy cardboard box, and remove the
trumpet from the case and pack them separately with bubble wrap
around both the instrument and case and lots of packing material for
protection.
Larger instruments may have to be in their
case, but regardless, it is crucial that the instrument not be able
to shift around inside its case as this can often cause considerable
damage during the shipping process.
All loose items should be removed or secured
before shipping. Be sure to insure your instrument.
